Type exploration session

Curious about why your mind works the way it does? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) helps identify your natural preferences in learning, processing information, and making decisions. It’s based on Carl Jung’s theory of cognitive functions, which explains how we perceive and judge the world.
What we’ll do in a session:
Explore Jung’s 8 cognitive functions
Identify which functions feel most natural to you
Piece together your preferred function stack
Build a foundation for discovering your best-fit Myers-Briggs type
How it works:
This session is about self-discovery. I guide you through the system and provide tools to recognize your own patterns, but you decide your type. You won’t necessarily leave with a final type, but with a solid understanding to continue your journey confidently.

What are your Credentials, judy?
Besides enthusiastically researching everything related to MBTI, I’ve been certified as an MBTI Practitioner by the Myers & Briggs Foundation. I’m constantly furthering my knowledge both practically (through attending workshops and engaging in interactive typing communities) and theoretically (through reading the latest research papers and key publications on Jung’s 8 cognitive functions and Myers-Briggs types).
